When is a survey not a survey? When it’s a benefit!

We know that people are bored of filling in the annual survey. Providing information to their organisation with often little benefit to themselves. We have turned this process on it’s head.

By offering every employee access to their own personal Spotlight on Wellbeing Report, every person will be gaining a real insight into their current levels of physical, psychological and social wellbeing – and more importantly they get tips on how to improve these areas over time.

The organisation can then use the aggregated data on an anonymous basis to measure wellbeing across their business, through powerful data analytics.
