Not about learning to stress out more! Delegates will all receive a Spotlight on Wellbeing report. They then learn about and practice a range of proactive techniques to increase wellbeing and resilience for use inside and outside of work.
Resilient Change
Full day
Managers/Leaders
Explore how managers and leaders can build the resilience of their teams, especially during a time of change. Each delegate gets the personality-based Healthy High Performance Report. Interactive learning then used to embed resilient behaviours.
Emotional Intelligent Leadership

Emotional intelligence enhances your ability to identify, manage emotions and respond positively to pressure. Research shows it’s a far better indicator of success than IQ. Based on the Eqi-2.0 model, each leader receives a personal report and we look at ways to build on this at an individual and group level.
Team Dialogue

Teams
High performing teams talk and think together in distinct ways that can be learnt. This session explores how teams can unlock truly effective dialogue, defined as ‘conversations with centres but no sides’. Great conversations can help to proactively deal with pressure and create healthy high performance.
Creating Healthy Habits

It’s all very well learning something new, but getting it to stick is the hard part. This bitesize session explores the science behind habit formation and presents practical ways in which individuals can create new healthy habits that last.
Firstbeat™ Team Energy
Half day
Teams
Includes the use of Firstbeat Heart Rate Variability report for each delegate. The data is analysed on a group level to show teams what is helping or hindering their levels of energy, inside and outside of work. The team then create a joint plan to improve wellbeing and performance.
